Horrible communication and customer service. My experience began through my home warranty group. I submitted the job April 11th. SmartCool scheduled the initial visit and texted the information. A very personable technician came out to assess the job and refer it for repairs to my ductwork. In the meantime, they called me to sell me a new furnace. On August 8, 2018, the air conditioning in my house stopped functioning. I placed a claim with my home warranty company, First American, on that same date, and they began seeking HVAC contractors to diagnose and repair the unit. On August 10, 2018, Smartcool of Arkansas examined the unit and determined that the blower was broken. We were informed that they would submit the proper paperwork to First American, order the part, and return to repair the unit.
