Hands down the WORST company to do business within the State of Arkansas, the owner (Lori) is incredibly rude as is her technician David. David came claimed our unit hadn't been serviced, I presented David with proof it had been. He proceeded to be even more rude and tell me "you do have a small freon leak, but we aren't going to fix it" and left after trying to sell me HIS companies routine maintence agreement and I declined. Office lady and the service tech were both so incredibly rude on the phone that there is no way I would use them. It's crazy that expecting some semblence of customer service is too much to ask these days.
I want to give zero stars. This company is unprofessional. Cannot submit a report at all. We were handed to this company from our home warranty company. We lost our heat on a Saturday with negative degree temps and snow and ice on the ground. (with a 1 year old baby) They are not open on the weekends. We got a technician to our home on Monday.
