Best agency we've been with for the past couple of years. Staff is super friendly and easy to contact. All questions are answered in a timely manner. Reminders from staff was always friendly. I had an encounter with a previous agency and lots of texts about not submitting timesheet on time and not getting paid. We have been with SmartChoice for many years now probably 4-5 years. Nathan and Jenny have been very helpful to our families and we are grateful for both of them. We have moved to a different county 2-3 hrs away but they have made the process easy and accessible. No matter where you are, SmartChoice will always be there.
