The guy was friendly, but they have very limited hours for calibrations and it makes it really difficult to get in with such tight times because they stretch him between 3 other locations. Stop being cheap and hire new help
Did not have a good experience with my installation from another employee, got home and my car turned on, but the interlock didn’t have power. I have a newer car and I’ve never had issues with it so I know it was a problem with the installation. Brett saved the day, we did have to pay to tow the car back to the Franklin interlock shop the next day, but Brett gave us a time that he would be there to fix it and he was right on time. He fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Brett is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars. Clea... read more
