After the Corona nobody answers the customer service phones.
Device does not work properly I have the cord from the hand held device replaced 4 times been strsnded with no vehicle for days the company is terrible rip off and i gad to pay for violations for there junk equipment failures $50 a violation they also have no one on weekends to service these or after hours through the week terrible customer service I have been late several times to work had to schedule time off just about lost my job for the amout of time I have missed because of there equipment failures.Whayever you do don'... read more
They've charged me for violations where there was no alcohol present, I hadn't eaten or drank anything either. It constantly malfunctions and they charge for it still. Also the alcohol % is so low that anything will set it off. It also doesn't tell you what you blow so if you do have a violation you have no idea of knowing what it read. Rigged, money hungry, rip off of a company.
Do not use this service. I’ve had the device installed for a month and a half. The device continuously fails to work properly. There have already been three separate occasions where I’ve had to return to the service center to have the device reset. Each time Smart Start continues to charge me $55 to have the device serviced. Most recently the device registered a violation when there was absolutely no alcohol present.
