No problems with the installation. Took maybe 30min. Instructions were clear and straightforward. I'll be keeping on top of my points and calibrations to ensure no further fees.
I don't understand the earlier review about Smart Start being a Shady business. I've used them over 2 years at this location and never had any hidden charges. They are straight with cost. Calibration costs $25 and in Arizona calibration is required every 3 months. I've had another Ignition Interlock company that is shady. Talksalock, has extra fees that are linked to debit cards and are charged without prior notice. This can affect your account balance in turn, bills won't be paid.
