They are so mean bad customer Service
Wonderful! Everything is so well orchestrated as a symphony. I highly recommend for men and ladies.
I have been going to Smart skin for several years and I have the monthly service package. I have gotten many different treatments, including RFT, derma plane, Hydrofacial, and others. Natasha is the aesthetician that I see when I go, and she is amazing! She always asks me what concerns I have and makes suggestions based on the treatments we’ve done in the past and what she thinks would be good for my skin. It is the one self-care treatment I do every month, and I am always glad that I do!
I recently had a consultation and following facial with Sarah Mellown at the Homewood location. Not only was the service excellent, but the knowledge + care strategies Sarah shared were informed, useful, and easy to implement at home. So much so that I signed up for a membership immediately following the appointment!
I’ve been a member at Smart Skin for a couple of years now, and it’s truly the best gift I’ve given myself. The value is outstanding—not only do they offer frequent specials, but I also love the flexibility of being able to carry over services month to month. Natasha deserves a special shout out—she’s amazing! Always attentive to my skin’s needs, providing thoughtful advice and recommendations.
