Always insisted on speaking to my mother after each appointment, which was not only a complete waste of time, but also a total breach of confidentiality and patient privacy. Also, it wasn't my mother's business. She wasn't the one paying for the treatment.
Both of our children had been under the care of Smart Orthodontics for quite some years and currently Dr Curl is treating our second child. Eldest daughter's teeth turned out fantastic. Both have been difficult cases - an impacted canine, removal of adult teeth to create space and a pronounced overbite just to name a few issues between the two of them! Great Orthodontist and staff . Every one was wonderful at the practice. Dr Linda listens and endeavours to provide the best treatment possible . Highly recommended
Terrible orthodontist. Never bothered to get informed consent. Made a huge mess of my teeth. Very painful and unnecessary treatment. Ordered a lot of unnecessary x-rays. A complete waste of my time and my parents' money. Always patted me on the head and spoke to me like I was a five year old. Nurses also very rude, bad-tempered and patronising.
