If you’ve ever trusted the power of a review this is your time to listen close! Do not buy your next vehicle at smart Toyota it will be a huge huge disappointment for you. We bought a car there about 4 years ago. During the length of the loan I had never ending car problems. Gas tank had to be replaced, then it had to be replaced again within a few months because they put the wrong one in. Although they did not charge me the second time it was still an inconvenience. They also changed fuel pump while they were at it. They also had to replace my radiator and radiator hoses. Did anyone who bought a car from Smart Motors actually get the car that they were shopping for you do all the paperwork with and then the car you actually want was sold on a Saturday you're there on a Wednesday they don't tell you the price of the car and then when the finance guy comes out of his little office or cubicle he says here's the car we would like to put you in like it's their money they're spending I would not buy a car from this place or suggest anyone to buy a car and if you're a first-time car buyer go to a de... read more

Friendly people but crappy vehicles. Since I’ve had my vehicle something is continuously wrong with it. The first week the AC went out. A month in there was “a oil and coolant leaks”. Then They had it for three months because the motor was no good, which was under warranty and all three motors that they tried putting in were bad. Got it back and my AC compressor was unplugged and no longer works. Plus they charge you three times what the car is worth.
