I was particular about the work to be performed, the material to be used and Smart Home Fix exceeded my expectations. They called attention to other weather decayed wood trim only visible from the height seen from atop a 3 tiered scaffold . Overall, I will call them next time I need work on the exterior of my house.

We had our tankless water heater installed by someone less in Knoxville. After about a year finding out it was supposed on one side in our sanitary riser….not a stood. Called the guys at Smart Home Fix that remolded our master bathroom to fix this problem. They did a great job like always. Also add a whole home water filter. They had to fix all drywall, paint, remount, create a bypass, add extra valves and connect up water filter. Thanks again guys.
