I've been a client of there’s for a very long time, ever since they were Open Care Medical Clinic going back 7 years. They use to be fantastic, no complaints. I don’t know if it’s the ownership change or what. But I am very disappointed, I paid for the medical assessment online (which cost $160) going on almost a month now, I still haven’t been able to fill my prescription with the pharmacy they never sent the pre authorization, Nobody is returning my calls, texts, and voicemails and they make it impossible to get a hold of.... read more
