Smart Dry cleaned our 2 year old carpet in our whole house. This process permanently damaged ALL of the carpet by untwisting the fibers. If you have quality plush carpeting please refer to the carpet manufacture to be sure this encapsulation type of cleaning is approved for your carpet. Even though this process was approved for our carpet, the carpets were completely damaged. I would highly recommend this company to all friends and family. They were able to fit me in on short notice, Dallas showed up as expected and the carpet looks unbelievably good!! Plus, it was dry in about an hour!! I will use them again and again.
