Had these guys out to our new home yesterday. The guy that did our service was cordial and informative. Arrived early and was done in about an hour. The price was very reasonable. The carpets dried very quickly and they look phenominal! Thanks a bunch, we will definitely use your services again!
We had planned to have zerorez come to clean our carpets before we put our house on the market, but while on Facebook I came across the spring ad and this company was local so why not help out your local small businesses. They did not disappoint. From initial contact to the day of the cleaning there was great communication. They were very responsive. Appointment was scheduled via Facebook messaging, which accommodated our busy lifestyle. They were very polite and knowledgeable when they came out. And .. they got the pesky stains out of our carpet. Thank you!
Smart Dry did a nice job cleaning up the carpets in the townhome we were renting. We had a lot of pet stains, and they had our carpets looking nice and fresh again. Their prices are also very reasonable, their customer service is excellent, and they were punctual to the appointment. I would definitely use this service again, and recommend it to others.

We had them come out a couple days after calling them. They did our stairs and basement level. They got a stain out that was there since we moved in 6 years ago! They even said if it comes back to call them and they would come back and keep trying to get rid of it. Very very nice and reasonably priced. Were also great with my two loud dogs. Highly recommend
They came in to my home were professional and very thorough. I felt so comfortable. My carpets look awesome and smell so fresh and clean!! I would highly recommend them for your yearly spring cleaning!!
