I had a simple glasses adjustment at this venue. They (without even mentioning it was a possibility) damaged my lenses with the heat. The lenses are ruined and they would not offer me any solution at all. Horrible experience that is going to cost me a new pair of glasses and days of headaches and discomfort while I wait for new ones to be made.
Cheap quality frames and bad service. My glasses frame handle broke after 2 weeks and the store manager refused to replace it. She did not understand the meaning of warranty. Took my business somewhere else.
I am so pleased I came here. Such wonderful service. Value pricing. My glasses arrived and look great. They help fit and adjust them to my wonky head. I will certainly be back for all my eye care needs. I would give more stars if I could!
