Had to wait over an hour because the optometrist that knew how to do the specialised tests was on lunch. They should have not taken the booking then or advised me earlier that time is not available. When we went again to pick up the glasses, we arrived at the counter first but the lady served the guy next in the queue who was clearly after us. Noticed she gave preference and better customer service to white and Asian people but not us probably because of racism and she didn't like coloured people
Really great staff in this boutique shop. The only one I could access in my local region for my subsidised reading glasses. Such good care. Thanks you for your services and work.
I would never go any where else now for my glasses..The service care and attention i recieved was excellent...
I needed to make a new lense for my glasses. Both the optometrist and the woman who attended my case were exceptionally professional and the glasses are perfect now. 5 stars and will come back here again next time.
