Got muffler and brakes replaced. Service was fantastic, quick, and very convenient and the representatives were open, honest, polite, and understanding. Labor comprised about half the cost of the job, but I feel was worth every penny. Easily the best service I've ever had.
Insanely overpriced smart car service... $500 for a single rotor change. The rotors are about $65 for a stock pair and don't require any special tools. They also want $400 for a 30k service which is oil and plugs. Ugh.
