Great friendly staff and service, however I feel as a Smart Car owner there is a definite lack of attention paid. Mercedes customer's openly get treated better than any Smart owner here. My service (reprogramming an extra key) was supposed to only take an hour. I got in at 10am, and ended up waiting in there until 4:30pm. They gave me only occasional updated excuses and never once offered a loaner car or ride someplace else. Mercedes customers easily were offered loaners, and rides. Called to order some parts for my vehicle. I have a speech impediment and the guy at the parts department was so impatient, he kept saying: Sir, I can't hear you, you are breaking up. Words I say are usually delayed by a couple seconds and he just didn't want to listen and kept hanging up on me. I called their service manager and left him a voicemail, but haven't gotten a call. People have to chill a little. Very rude and unprofessional.
