Tom and Lott are the best people ever. They stuck with me through my hard times while i was trying to get my loan paid off. I travel as a nurse and don't always have stable assignments which pits me back on my payments among other life situations. I was always so embarrassed to call them when I didn't have the money to pay for the week but that didn't matter to them. Tom told me "My only goal is to get your title to you" . I am thankful for the second chance on a vehicle and my credit...love you guys...YOU ROCK!!!!
Worst fucking company ever, I recommend you do not buy a car from this place they will fuck you more then a porn star would.
HORRIBLE!!!!. I wouldn't take a FREE car from them. Service horrible, Mechanics even worse. Their "Finance" Department has THE worst Customer Service skills I have had the displeasure to encounter. And DO NOT buy tires fro m their sister company Smart Tires. they are even worse than Smart Auto. I would rather buy from Craigslist than trust these guys again!!!
I recommend this place if your looking for a reliable car Pat she was great!!!!
