This is actually 10 star! Caitlin was very responsive, and absolutely great. The place I was staying, had good amenities, parking, lovely daylight, view, etc. The apartment was styled in the way that I would have styled it. I honestly did not want to leave. And now I've been home a few days thinking about my review, and still wishing I was there... Outstanding stay. TY, Smallwood.
It was an absolute pleasure renting an apartment with Caitlyn at Smallwood Corporate Housing in Fort Worth, Texas. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and had a small balcony with gorgeous views of the Trinity River and the Fort Worth Skyline. I would rent it again if I'm ever back there on business. The entire staff was very accommodating and quick to answer my questions. The whole process was delightful.
Absolutely stellar experience all the way across. I used Smallwood to secure a short-term furnished apartment when I moved to Fort Worth. One phone call to Caitlyn and within an hour I had a one bedroom furnished apartment secured near downtown with parking and amenities included. I stayed there almost two months.
