I've been with Chevonda for three years. She's a literal life saver. She is very kind but offers a "no nonsense" approach to get you to see your issues in a more simplified way, a way that makes the impossible stressors real, tangible, solvable things. She gives light homework (very beneficial) and promotes mindfulness. Highly recommend.
