"Appointments" are more of a suggested time than actual. The "You're doing great!!" was already here and could not be removed.
This is the Most awful dentist office in Akron! Its slow and over booked. And the work performed here sucks.. The dentist must have gotten C's & D's in school. Do not come here.
I would not recommend this dentist office to my enemy, its always crowded, and you have to wait at least an hour and half to two, just to be seen... There are some nice staff but...they definitely need to work on scheduling and timing issue...because no one want to be in the dentist that long, especially with kids.
I think there good but the wait is long! The staff is always very helpful and kind to my children!
First I called and talked to Ellen who was very polite on the phone, and assured me that Small Smiles could provide me with care as long as I got there before closing time. I arrived just before closing time, the business was busy, but they were able to provide me with dental care within a very reasonable time limit, I waited less than 20 minutes including paper work for insurance. The wait time is very long every time I've been there (4 times over 2 years). We will not be returning.
Hygienists are nice! Thats really the only thing good about this place! Appointment time was an hour ago and we are still waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. Front desk staff need to be trained on how to schedule!
SLOW as molasses in January. I only waited 1 hour this time but there were others before me that had been waiting for 2 hours. I have waited that long before and stopped going then a rep told me they had gotten better because of the confirmation system. Well it's back to the waiting I see. But the staff is nice.
Dr. Smeiles is great with my children. .wait time is less during a school day. .rooms are neat for kids. .and some adults..lol...
