I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. The dentist wasn't friendly in the least. I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere. I was completely distressed during my appointment. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong.
