Great but needs better front office communication I have 4 children and they all go here. The only one that has ever had any issues is my youngest and that is because she doesn't like stuff on her face, and that is where the mask sits. The office staff could be a bit better at informing you of changes. I took my youngest in to have 2 baby teeth pulled as the 2 adult teeth had started to come out behind them. Horrible Place I advise finding somewhere else to take your kids. I speaking from a clinic in SC, however they are all ran the same way. Their motto is in and out in a hurry. These doctors are actually in a competition to see how many patients they can see in a day. They have some sort of quota they have to meet so they can get a bonus. In my opinion I would not want my child rushed during a procedure and treated like a nothing more than a number. Love Small Smiles I absolutely love the Small Smiles in Boise. I don't understand why everyone says they aren't allowed to go back, I have never once been told I couldn't go back with my daughter who is 4. I went and sat right next to her chair during cleaning and sit in the same room with her when she has her caps done. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO SMALL SMILES!!!! NEVER EVER take your young children there. I took my daughter there when she was 1 1/2 for her first visit. Since I was new at the whole taking children to dentists thing, they somehow convinced me that it would be much better for her to go back without me. When I asked if I could watch through their little window they told me that room was for talking with parents and therefore I could not be in there. Small Smiles is a joke.... Take it from a Small Smiles employee of many years who does not recommend anyone she knows nor lets her own children come to this place, do not bother going there. It depends on the doctors mood that day if parents are allowed to come back, we are encouraged as assistants to make excuses as to why you cannot. Personally, I do not make excuses, I just let everyone come back if they ask and let the doctor look me in the eye because the policy states that one person may accompany the child back. LET THE NIGHT MARE BEING !!!! I heard of Small Smiles on TV so i called .so i took my 4 and 5 year old there for a check up and let the nightmare being they had my son so traumatized he was so scared to see another dentist for the next couple of years .they were impatient and very rude they tied my 4 year old down to the chair and tried to give my son fillings he did not even need in the first place and in the middle of all that the drill broke while it was in his mouth .when we went to another dentist they told us he didn't... read more
dont know wat to do iam writing not about alizia but the small smiles clinic in pueblo co. the would tie down my two girls and would not let us go in the back. both kids would come from the back crying and saying they do not want to go back the did get fillings. iam wondering if the used mercury also if any body in pueblo co can help me please e mail me . we have changed dentist since
no I also was upset when they said I could not go back...F that! The dentist we got really hurt my daughter when giving her an oral shot. I know from experience ( I have 3 children) that it should not hurt that much and it took a long time of prodding to get a different dentis! This is NOT the best place.
