WONDERFUL! My husband and I filed bankruptcy with Carolyn in 2008. She has worked with us, been considerate, and never made us feel self conscious. I would recommend her to anyone considering filing a bankruptcy.
too busy I contacted this attorney after a friend told me her name, and stated that she was fairly new. When I contacted her, I felt like I was getting the cold shoulder. After a half hour of asking me questions, she abruptly said "I am too busy for new clients" I would not recommend her.
I am well pleased. My husband and I went to Carolyn in 2008. She carefully listened to our plight and helped us make a decision that we felt would work for us. She was competent and confident. She gave us good direction and continues to answer my questions. She made arrangements to accept my attorney insurance even though she was not in the network. Response to June This is Carolyn R Smale and I would like to respond the June's review. June posted her review in November of 2005. The bankrutpcy laws changed as of October 17, 2005. In August, September and through Oct. 15 of that year I was working a minimum of 60 hours a week. In October it was closer to 80 hours for those two weeks.
