I am a burger fanatic! Today I tried a stuffed burger with pineapple and cheese. My husband and I agree it was the best burger either of us have had in a long time. It was completely balanced. The aoli spread and soft bun-bread ratio complimented the juicy stuffed patty perfectly! The owner was friendly and helpful. So glad smak dabs is in our neighborhood food cart pod! We will be back!

Had the lamb burger stuffed with Gouda and it was very good but the Siracha Bacon onion rings wee the best onion rings I have ever had. Thick crisp pieces of sweet onion cooked perfectly in a delicious batter. Super nice guy as well.
Awesome darn food! Was exactly what my belly wanted.
Amazing burgers and incredible chef!! He can make up any kind of stuffed burger you might feel like-- and they are always outstanding! :D I would recommend it to everyone!! Absolutely delicious!
