We're never disappointed with the service department at Smail Acura. And this visit was no exception. They were more than accommodating when they realized the interior portion of our seat was defective while a recall was being performed. The staff is always professional, patient, kind and understanding. But most importantly, honest. We never feel like we're being taken advantage of. We also had our vehicle inspected. Have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership, 4 Acura & 2 Honda. They have been very unresponsive re getting a prorated refund back from an extended warranty when I just traded in my old RDX for a new RDX.
