I have made a number of purchases from the Smail Autogroup and have found them to very willing to work with me on every purchase. Have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership, 4 Acura & 2 Honda. They have been very unresponsive re getting a prorated refund back from an extended warranty when I just traded in my old RDX for a new RDX.

I knew I wanted an Acura, but I wasn’t sure which model I wanted. They made it really easy to test drive and the buying process was very simple. They had my car shined up and ready to go when I finished the buying process.

Cameron always does a fantastic job on explaining and being professional. I have been to many dealerships over the years and Acura has done a great job so far. If fact, I had a horrible experience with Smail Mazda this summer to buy another vehicle. I hope this continues in the future with Acura.
