Warning other customers: DO NOT BUY a wellness plan from banfield. The customer support is horrible. After 4 years on a plan, my dog had surgery that in part was "covered" by his plan. The company did not process charges/bill me for the plan shortly after this surgery - then 6 months later turns a bill over to collections for the amount COVERED by the plan.
