RecommendedToday my family and I had to put down a pet (more like family) unexpectedly of 12 years due to him being miserable and in pain. Throughout the whole process, Dr. Panno has been the best, as a Dr. and pet lover. Throughout my dog’s 12 years, he has only seen Dr. Panno and has received the best care. MY DOG DIED IN MY DAUGHTER'S ARMS WHILE SHE, MY DAUGHTER, WAS FIGHTING CANCER. AFTER YEARS OF TREATMENT HE WAS MISDIAGNOSED BY BANFIELD. MANY UNNECESSARY TESTS TO NO AVAIL. PET SMART DEMANDED THAT I STILL PAY FOR THE REMAINING 7 MONTHS ON MY "WELL-CARE" PLAN. WHEN I DIDN'T THEY RUINED MY CREDIT!
Very pleasant and helpful staff! The hours are so convenient and they worked us in the same day. From the front desk staff, tech staff and the veterinarian...everyone was so great to Tupper and I. Proud to call Banfield our home vet!

Worst place ever for vet care! If you take your pet to Banfield don’t do the wellness plan! It’s a 12 month contract! With auto 12 months renewal! Look at the google reviews! These people don’t care about animals. They care about $$$! You can get great care at a low cost clinic! When you find a vet that worries about the animal first that’s a great provider!
I've been going to Dr Patricia Pano for years. She's taken care of two of my dogs which are deceased after 15+ years and she just neutered my newest 1 year old. The staff is very nice. I recommend them highly.
