Overcharged me for Ring products. Terrible communication and customer service. Purchased March 11th and still have yet to finish installation. Didn't order items that were clearly needed for my office set up after visiting my office and me clearly stating what we needed in the space. So disappointed. Will have to find someone else to finish where they started with the professionalism Bijou lacked.
Very professional service and installation. Listened to what we needed and met are needs . We are confident is the service provided.
We had nest security system (including the nest secure, outdoor cameras and the door bell) installed. We were instantly contacted regarding the service after placing an online request and the appointment was set up after discussing the costs and the project. Bijou was really good with following up and provided guidance during the installation. All our queries were answered promptly and he also walked us through the device setup. Professional and reasonable.
Smaart House did an amazing job consulting with me on all of the various new smart home technology platforms. We selected the best fit for my home and lifestyle, and they performed all the installation and set up. I highly recommend their services!
Bijou was very helpful in getting our networking set up for our big home. Before his expertise, we used to have spotty streaming in remote corners of home. His suggestions make us stream at same speed everywhere
