If the receptionist of the clinic ever reads this. I want u to know how terrible u are as a receptionist. Don’t cut people off while they are trying to explain and answer a question that u have asked. Learn to open your ears and actually listen thoroughly before speaking , u honestly think that u are super speedy at your job but honestly u are doing the same task three or four times bc u have not listened carefully.
