These guys are awesome. They came out to look at my unit for free since my issues were very on/off and I had mentioned I have paid quite a few companies to come out just to look at it and tell me nothings wrong. They were very open and honest with me saying that it could be two different things causing the issues. They explained everything well and were super kind. I appreciate them being transparent. During an extremely difficult home sale transaction, you and your team showed us such grace, patience and support. My A/C was not cooling properly and it was in the middle of a heat wave. I heard good things about this company so I figured I'd give them a shot. I am very happy I did! Their technicians were booked but the owner and an HVAC manager came out. They found the issue quickly and were able to fix it. They explained everything in a way i could understand. A/C is back and it feels wonderful inside. I will definitely be using SM Mechanical the next time I need service.
