If 5 stars wasn’t enough. SM Mechanical is truly top notch at what they do. My encounter with Brad (manager/tech) was perfect. Brad came into our home to review the issues with a 20 plus year old gas furnace. Brad was able to discuss the process for the quote, look at the unit itself. Knowing that this would be a tough job since the furnace was only 14” wide. Brad still quoted me and was ideally the perfect fit. We had a terrific experience with SM Mechanical. From the first appointment, Brad showed great expertise and problem-solving ability in tailoring options for our specific situation. He was very patient and communicative and drew up a number of quotes and scenarios for us. Both Brad and Sean the owner came out personally a few times to discuss options, check in when work was underway, and to solve a technical issue that arose after install due to the age of the house. SM Mechanical installed a new HVAC System in my home that's very quiet, powerful, and energy-efficient, and the job was done in a timely and professional manner. They also got me qualified for 18 months of free-financing along with a big refund from BGE and some tax rebates from the Government as well, so the out-of-pocket price was very affordable too!
Very professional. Upfront, were explained each step, were able to ask question and provided different options. Staff arrived on time, the work itself was done very professionally. Highly recommend.
