I purchased a couch 8 months ago. The cushions are so worn down there are gaps between cushions because it’s flatten. One of the cushions deformed into a new shape. Looks horrible almost embarrassing to say it’s a new couch. The back pillows lost its fluff almost seems to need more stuffing. You can see from the pictures how it sags. Picked up a "Lazyboy" recliner from Slumberland that was "special order" they say on Friday after waiting weeks. First off, you have to pick a fabric by a 2" x2" piece of fabric. Hate the color and the fabric quality I received. But, the worksmanship was atrocious! My 11 year grandchild could have done a better job and I truly mean that ! There are tucks and folds all over and the staple and sewing throughout are a joke. The salesman Alec Eich was a horrible sales person I spent over $2,600 on a bed adjustable frame and new table and chairs you see my pictures of my table this is how it came I paid all the extra to have all the warranties on everything one thing about the sales people there at Slumberland is a lack on letting the people know that the kind of money they spend already that if they have to return the bed which is a joke 365 days and you're supposed to be able to exchange your bed without a problem except they don't explain that... read more
Update 6/3: after much confusion and many balls being dropped, I finally received a call from Conrad Mosset (Director of Franchise Consulting at Slumberland Furniture) to discuss this entire debacle. I can now see why the Wausau location is operating the way it does- there are zero checks and balances when it comes to Slumberland’s franchisees. Ordered over five thousand dollars with of furniture for my father from the Wausau location a month a go (4/30) with a “guaranteed delivery” by the sales individual of tomorrow (5/30). I had not received a call to schedule delivery as instructed so I called them this afternoon. They stated there was no delivery date set and half the items are undeliverable for 5/30 and are “in a distribution center”.
