I originally purchased my furniture to be delivered. I then chose to pick it up myself. May 29, 2026 the refund was processed (I was told) and I would see the credit back on my debit card in 5 to 7 business days. I have called and get the same run around, "you should see it hit your account any day". I'm now 2 weeks into Slumberland excuses. This is completely B as in B, S as in S. My next step is the MN Attorney Generals Office, the Better Business Bureau. Give me my 189.99 NOW! No Stars, Corporate is worthless.

I don’t appreciate an individual by the name of Tom that works at the Delavan, Wi location telling me how to drive in the parking lot. His comment wasn’t necessary “Can’t you read”

I purchased a warranty from Slumberland Furniture after being told it would fully protect the furniture I bought. Fast forward a year and a half later, and when an issue came up with my recliner, I quickly learned that warranty means absolutely nothing. First, I called the store and was bounced to corporate. Corporate then sent me to Ashley Furniture Industries, who then pushed me off to a third-party repair company they farm their warranty work out to. Don't buy a warranty. better yet don't buy anything from Slumberland! I payed $297.99 for a five year warranty. When the frame bent, I was told it was not covered. After I contacted the buisness after I bought our furniture 9-4-2020, months later I was told a new owner bought the store. They said I have a credit account. But was in store only. To use the credit I had to use it plus two hundred more $. not on clearence or on sale items. They can keep the warranty money. I just want to let who ever reads this, It's up to u if ... read more
