I made a special order of coping tiles to be delivered to my home in Jacksonville, Florida. SLP gave me a reasonable quote and ensured the tiles got to me safely from Mexico, through Texas (DURING Hurricane Beryl), and all the way to my front door in Jacksonville WITHOUT A SINGLE BROKEN TILE. I was very impressed. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.
