This was my first visit. We heard about this place on the Food network and Travel channel. We went on a lunch time visit. We were met in a timely fashion and was taken to a table straight away. We had a hard time deciding on our meal as they had so many things to choose from. We chose BBQ beans brisket and slab of ribs and mac n cheese. Listen, seriously the Yardbird Sandwich is killer amazing! Mac N Cheese....its insane, its so good. And The chili fries are so good. I love Slows.

Awesome food here!! Service great and numerous beers to choose from. A must to hit when in Detroit!!
Slows has great BBQ, great beer, great atmosphere in Corktown, and if you're a vegetarian they even have great BBQ vegetarian options. Only thing is be ready to wait. If you're not full on starving leave your name and number and they will text you when your table is ready and you can walk around Corktown while you wait so it's not a boring wait time.
