We signed on with Slomins Inc. in the fall of 2012. We signed and paid for a yearly service agreement which included annual cleaning of our oil burner. In the early spring of 2018, we called to schedule our annual cleaning. We were told that there were no appointments until November and that they would call if there was something earlier. I had a horrible experience with Slomin . I had a service contract with them and since I was on an emergency trip out of the country at the time of renewal of my contract they didn't want to renew the contract with me. A very rude representative Maria C. was so nasty and not listening to what I was saying she keep saying no we cant renew your contract any more . Don’t ever sign up for Slomins they rope you into a 60 month contract that you can never get out of even if your financial situation changes. They are awfull to work with.

I signed up with Slomin's back in April oil auto oil delivery and an alarm system. I can't express my dissatisfaction whit the company. One of the sensors on one of the windows stopped working within a week of installation, I called slomin's immediately to report the problem, thinking that I was going to get immediate response, to my surprise they didn't care. Horrible disgusting customer service IN TIME OF EMERGENCY THEY DO NOT CALL 911. Early this morning, the security system went off and I was having a panic attack because I was alone with my two small children. Sloman security never called me or 911. The alarm was on for more than 10 minutes but no response at all from Sloman. The cops, I called myself, had to tell me to turn it off. My husband and I had a cooling unit installed all went well until the inspection by Suffolk county informed us that the unit needed a second entrance port in order to pass inspection. We contacted slomins on numerous times only to be informed that its our problem not theirs. My husband is a disabled VET and on fixed income if WE were informed of this very important item we would have made arrangements for this additional cost. Misleading and false advertisement at it WORSE.

Buying oil from Slomins was the biggest mistake of my life. Please buyers stay as far away from this place as possible if you want to avoid bankruptcy and losing your house. It was 2015 when I saw a truck with Slomin oil advertised. I was with my kids at the time so I ask for information. They wanted me to fill out some questionaire which I did fairly quickly and they took an appointment with me. The deal was simple use them exclusively and get one low price for oil. I've had Slomins Alarm system for 20 years, that's since I bought this house in 1998. Alarm is good, very professional. Almost 3 years ago, I added 5 cameras as part of my system. I think that I made a big mistake. They installed them where I wanted, I brought up the application on my phone, and all was well. Since then, I've had to call them for service more than half a dozen times, and they certainly do not "get right on it".
