I Amin contract with the alarm and oil of Slomins buy my oil will end soon Jan 30 so they told me to check in every now and then to see if oil went down I am at 2.44. They say it’s at 2.74. I go on the website it down to 2.45. And the customer service rep says I can’t have that price the best she can do is 2.74 and I am telling her it’s in your website and not for new customer . We have been with Slomin's for about 6 months. When installing, we specifically asked Martin W******** if we would be able to cancel at anytime and he said yes, it would be a small fee of about 2 months (less than $100). Our alarms have gone off multiple times from our dogs, which he assured us wouldn't happen. They came back to adjust the sensors but it still happens so we don't even set the alarm anymore when we leave. This company is just off the hook.. my house alarm went off and I got a ROBO CALL from the alarm company asking me for my password without even explaining why ? Well these days would you give a robo caller any private information unless you knew who you were speaking with??? They seem to not think it’s an issue. They don’t deserve even one star for a review! If I can help anyone DO NOT CALL SLOMINS!!! I sighed with them a few months ago we just purchased a new home and we needed oil and a company to service our boiler! We signed they filled our oil tank which holds 470 gal they delivered 420 when we signed up. We just paid the bill which was $620 and and today they leave another bill for an additional 422 gal of oil but yet we still haven’t used the first delivery! Unethical. Delivered oil in August to a half full tank. The contract had just expired. Failed to notify the customer to negotiate a new contract and over charged $100. I’ll bet you. They make thousands by pulling this on older people every day. It’s borderline criminal.
This company is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. From my experience, I don’t understand how they are a prominent alarm company because they are liars. The sales person, Mickel B****, is only concerned with finalizing a sale. I told him multiple times that I wanted the same system as my old house in Clark since we Used that system for multiple years and were comfortable with it. We are experiencing a leak in our home from the water boiler. They sent someone out last night who made it worse somehow. This morning we’ve been put off for hours now with the last representative calling my husband “sir” passive aggressively with every sentence. We somehow didn’t make the overnight “team” that ended at 7 and now they’re changing shifts for an hour. Meanwhile, our house has water everywhere. What is this? How is this good business?
Slomin's shield sales representative Rich C******** is the worst person you'll ever meet. He did not explain exactly what the service he fiercely pushed for was clearly about. Rich C******** IS A SCAM and only care about the little commission he's getting from each person he ripped off to make a sale. They came to install my alarm system but I can only hear the alarm sound only if I am in my living/dining room and kitchen. I have a contract with Slomins oil When I call for furnace tune up in winter they told me they are very busy so they can't schedule for tune up so call back in summer because summer is best time for tune up. When I called in summer I was put on hold five times and later rep said next available date is in February, 2020 six months later once after my contract expires.
