RecommendedSo excited about our chainsaw purchase. We went to two other stores with minimal assistance. At Slone’s Brain walked us though all the options, knew the product line backward and forward. He also practiced customer safety, not only for Covid, but also for my kids. My 5 year old walked closer to the counter and he flipped the chainsaw blade away from her while still interacting with her. ☺️ Then he took us outside and walked us through starting our new toy....tool. Edited for clarity Took the carburetor from my antique Simplicity Landlord up there, because it was leaking and I didn't have time to rebuild it. Took it in in a Friday and was told it would be done that day or Saturday, middle of the next week at the latest, if parts needed to be ordered. It is now going on two weeks and when I called yesterday, they finally admitted they haven't even taken the carburetor apart, let alone ordered the parts to repair it. very disappointed with the customer service. my zero turn had been in for blade replacement for two weeks. I have called to check on the status twice and they don't return calls so I stopped by to check and was told that "calling is not going to make it happen any faster". I felt the remark was very rude and inappropriate. I will find alternative service in the future.😠
