Used to be in a hardware store, Jeremy i am pretty sure, was awesome to me! i Just purchased a 61in Ferris IS 2100z with the Vangaurd 28EFI very pleased best mower i own! plus the staff there are awesome helpful i was in and out quickly so i could get back to cutting grass! Thanks again Sloans staff for your help .
I started a lawn care company 3 years ago. I went to multiple dealers and couldn't find good customer service until I went to sloans. All of there staff are very respectful and helpful! They have a great selection of eqitment to choose from. I recommend sloans sales and service to any lawn/landscape company owner or home owner. Thanks again.
I called Sloans last Saturday because I could not start my riding lawn mower. I suggested what the problem might be. They concurred and said they could come out that day and possibly fix it on the spot. I had to leave by one, less than 2 hours. Jeff (?) came in an hour and knowing what the problem was adjusted the choke and I was good. Great service.
Horrible customer service. I will never deal with the rude female who answered the phone again. I was made to feel like I was bothering her when checking the status of an order. This is not the first time I have been treated this way by her and have heard from others in the community of their disappointment as well. Too bad!!
Trimmer puked.. just got my new Stihl.. pick up tomorrow as they are prepping for me. Have done work on my Cub Cadet tractor. . And more to be done.. and they have been a Grossi Baseball sponsor for us too.. thanks for all you do.
