First time visit. Very good food. The quality and good portions will be what brings me back.
7/19/19 We eat there every week. Great food, service and staff. Love the catfish and hushpuppies, chicken and dressing, meatloaf and her creamy mashed potatoes. Love many of the desserts, especially the chocolate meringue pie. Sometimes there is a wait for a table but it is worth the wait. It is over 90 degrees with a heat advisory, but I was not hot.

The food was fabulous!! The prices are very reasonable, the service is good and the dessert list is very long!
Sorry but the portions were small; just tasted ok, the fried green tomatoes were VERY salty; we had to stop eating them...we just weren't impressed; have eaten at much better places. It was expensive for the food we got...I know it's a meat/veggie place but the side salad was pretty pathetic. I want to warn people because it's a little drive out of the way; & we won't be going back.
Dont know how they served everyone with piping hot food, but they did. Food was delicious.
