The trainers are fabulous. The encouragement to help you accomplish your goals and the promise to make you work but not hurt you is why I keep coming back.
A different, challenging workout everyday! Best part is being in a diverse group of people and trainers any given day. No worries about finding a sitter or paying extra for the kids.
