I was preparing for my first bodybuilding show and spoke with Danette about the cocoon pod. I told her I wanted to get some water weight off of me lower abdomen. I went in the final 3 days of my prep. My first day, I stayed in for 20 minutes and lost 2lbs. Second day, 22 minutes and lost about a pound, but that’s only bc I had to change my diet that day. I went in the third day and when I laid down at 8am, I weighed 188.8lbs. When I got up at 8:25, I weight 186lbs even. This thing is amazing.
