Amazing customer service here. I had to cancel an order I made a couple of days ago for a special bed for my daughter with special needs. Steve was so warm-hearted and understanding. He assured me it was no problem and told me if I ever needed anything to give him a call. When I am ready for a bed or mattress, I will definitely be calling on Steve. He is a genuinely nice man with a caring heart!
This place has the best customer service hands down! Took me awhile to find just the right combination for my mattress/mattress pad purchase but Charles at the Burnet store was super accommodating! Can't say enough good things about them and the products they carry!
You sell the best mattresses!!! Love my Latex mattress I purchased from your Bee Cave location. James Grantham assisted me with my purchase. Based on my needs he knew which one would work. He spent a lot of time fine tuning the firmness that was best suited for my body. He always has a sunny disposition and you can tell he has a passion for what he does. Thank you James Grantham!!! If you want an organic, chemical free mattress with great customer service go to Austin Natural Mattress and ask for James Grantham!!! :)
