Justin was my clerk, and he went above and beyond to help me order exactly the product I wanted while saving me some money. Best of all, he handled everything remotely, sparing me a trip to the store during this hectic holiday season. Highly recommend Justin and this location—top-notch service!
Missy, the sales associate who helped me, did a wonderful job explaining all the incredible features of the mattresses I was interested in. She was also very kind and answered every question I had with a smile on her face…and what a pretty smile it was.
Cannot wait to receive our new bed!!! I had such a wonderful experience with Justin at the Cool Springs store. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. It is so refreshing to know that excellent customer service still exists. I would highly recommend Sleep Number!
