Kathryn was amazing she really gives you that white glove experience that you expect from a company like sleep number. She was easy to work with and knowledgeable about all the products. Sleep numbers sell themselves in my opinion but there are nuances to each model and she was well equipped to help me dial in what I need in a bed and the different aspects to keep in mind I’ll definitely be returning!

Missy, the sales associate who helped me, did a wonderful job explaining all the incredible features of the mattresses I was interested in. She was also very kind and answered every question I had with a smile on her face…and what a pretty smile it was.
Cannot wait to receive our new bed!!! I had such a wonderful experience with Justin at the Cool Springs store. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
