We had a very positive experience and our sales person (Mary) was very knowledgeable about the product. We previously had an expensive memory foam mattress which failed us miserably so we upgraded to a Sleep Number I8 and we haven't regretted the purchase
What a tremendous asset Michelle was in making sure we purchased the right mattress for our needs. She was patient in answering all our questions and gave us options that were helpful in us making our decision. She is very knowledgeable of the product. I will highly recommend her to our friends and family.
Mary was so helpful and accommodating. She kept us up to date on sales and helped us through our final purchase!
