I am patient with ALS, and I have lost muscles on my back, arms and legs. I was looking for a stiff bed that I could get out of. We spent over 5000$ in buying a king size bed. The sales guy said we had a 30 day trial period for refund. The mattress was BAD. Increasing the sleep number did nothing much to its stiffness. When we tried to return, we were told the iron base of the bed could not be refunded.
