I have always had good experience with Sleep Medicine Associates. Susan and Dr. Hageman are very professional and put you at ease as soon as you enter their office.
The office refused to help me verify insurance compatibility. The medical industry needs to be reminded that their office is a business and if they can't spend a few minutes providing customer service, then we will take our business to an office that will. These are the same types of offices that charge us $50 if we miss an appointment but offer nothing if they are behind an hour and make was wait in the middle of our work day.
