I had to wait 1 hour for a 4pm in person visit, and over 1 hour for an 8:30am video visit. They never answer the phone when you call and rarely call you back.
For several months I’ve left multiple emails and voice mails and have not had a reply back I have even left a message on Dr Sesi’s Facebook page which she also NEVER responded. It’s sickening to think that I even trusted her for any care!!! I would like my medical records so that I can get the care that I truly deserve from a Dr that cares about their patients. I hope one person reads this review and goes else where for the care they deserve. Zero stars is what is deserved.
Severe sleep apnea. Dr. Sesi was nice. Took some time and communication to receive my Cpap machine. Seemed to be a disconnect from the supply company to Dr. Sesi’s office. I’ve received my treatment and have high hopes to feeling better in the future.
Severe sleep apnea. Sesi was nice. 2 months later still waiting on her office to send documents to the supply company for my life changing treatment. This is all new to me. Maybe one day I’ll get my prescription filled 🥱
There were two concerns that I have and the lesser one has been addressed, the other which is the main concern and an ongoing chronic issue...I cannot get a return email or even a phone call. I am not sure who I am even calling at this point. The main issue is the most painful and not being addressed so I refuse to complete a sleep study when my nerves are inflamed and burning, if a 3rd party is supposed to contact me, then make sure they are provided my information, it has been 3 weeks now, and in my last communication ( th... read more
