I need some information from this office for another physician. I have called 1-2X a day all week and have not received a return call! Very frustrating. Edit to add. They did call me today and handled my request expediently.
I had a pleasant experience. Dress WARM.
I had to wait 1 hour for a 4pm in person visit, and over 1 hour for an 8:30am video visit. They never answer the phone when you call and rarely call you back.
For several months I’ve left multiple emails and voice mails and have not had a reply back I have even left a message on Dr Sesi’s Facebook page which she also NEVER responded. It’s sickening to think that I even trusted her for any care!!! I would like my medical records so that I can get the care that I truly deserve from a Dr that cares about their patients. I hope one person reads this review and goes else where for the care they deserve. Zero stars is what is deserved.
Severe sleep apnea. Dr. Sesi was nice. Took some time and communication to receive my Cpap machine. Seemed to be a disconnect from the supply company to Dr. Sesi’s office. I’ve received my treatment and have high hopes to feeling better in the future.
