Dr. Sesi is great, but I have been trying for 6 months to get through to the office or a return call from her office to get my prescription corrected so I can get supplies. The supplier has tried as well with no luck. At this point I am going to have to pay out of pocket. The office is horribly mismanaged, I would not recommend.
I would not recommend this dr to anyone the office staff suck they have no one to answer phones no one returns your phone call or emails I go to the office to request a copy of my sleep study they tell me they will send a copy over to binsons they still haven’t haven’t sent it it’s going on two weeks since they were supposed to send over the information. I highly recommend not seeing this Dr go elsewhere
I have had my appointments rescheduled multiple times AFTER they have passed, when the Dr. never showed up for them! I am beyond frustrated at this point! I called and emailed during my visit as I sat in the virtual waiting room…no response! So frustrating as this is my second time I waited for the Dr not to show this month!
Dr sesi has helped me with my sleep apnea by prescribing a dental device.
Good luck. I called and continuously emailed this office, what a total nightmare! Save yourself the trouble and don’t even think about going to this office! What a complete joke!!!!!! I have been the medical/dental field for 20+ years, this type of care is unacceptable and the doctor should be embarrassed for lack of care she is providing to her patients.
