They never return your calls. I was expecting a sleep device kit to be delivered on a certain date and it never came. This place is pathetic. Sutter Medical PLEASE do not do business with this facility find something better for your patients.
I wish I could give zero stars. Worst experience I have ever had. Been trying to get test results since September. They forgot to send the kit to me. The results couldn't be uploaded to the cloud. After manually downloading the data I still can't get the results a month later. Total incompetence.
