Rented Pool and meeting room for sons birthday party. Was quoted one price and gave card information over the phone to have it reserved that day a month and a half in advance . When the day came was told by front desk worker (maybe the manager) “we didn’t charge your card is it okay if we do that ?” Not thinking we said yes no problem .
