Upon arrival the pool was closed, no WiFi and no breakfast. That was disappointing but not as bad as my son finding a bag of drugs and a needle in the drawer! All they did was change our room. We have tried for 2 weeks now to contact management. No return calls back, they are avoiding the situation!
Stayed one night 5/30/2020. I was told at booking the pool was open and when we checked in the pool was closed, no breakfast and wifi was down. The room was mostly clean, but hallways and steps were nasty. Definitely will. it stay again.
Room 123 was a nightmare! The television had some type of timer that went off at 1:30 2:30 and 330. Just the volume comes on and then it flips stations for one minute. Just enough to be sure you’re awake and ready for your day to begin!!! Front desk manager says sorry that’s been a problem in the past we’re trying to figure it out. They did however offer me 15% off of my stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean, the pool was great to. Breakfast was good .
Beds were sooo soft🥰 and pet friendly
RecommendedGreat hotel for the price! We took my kids here just for a little get away to swim and they loved it. Very clean. Breakfast is nice as well. Rena is very helpful in getting us what we need and answering all questions we may have had and she wasn't even at the front desk! There needs to be more people like her. Friendly staff all in all.
Pet friendly but extra $25 charge!
The staff was nice. The room was clean. Two of the lights didn't work because the bulbs were burnt out. The shower must not of been cleaned because there were 4 or 5 hairs in it when we used it. Other then that it was ok.
We did not get the room that we called ahead and booked. Got stuck in 2 double queen sweets and even the bathrooms are small, not much room to shower and such or much privacy
